Absolutely brilliant experience with El Monte RV Rentals. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. A massive thank you to Sandra, who looked after us at check-in. My flight was late, we were having a nightmare getting our credit cards to work, and what could easily have turned into a stressful start to the trip was made so much easier because she was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful. The RV itself was great and we had an amazing trip. Then, just to finish things off in style, when we returned it I somehow managed to drop a crate of lager in the foyer and send bottles everywhere 😂 Definitely not part of the official RV return procedure! The staff just jumped in, helped clean everything up and were lovely about the whole thing. Fantastic people, fantastic service and a genuinely great experience from beginning to end. Would 100% rent from El Monte again. 5 stars — and an extra one for Sandra for surviving our check-in and my beer-related grand finale! 😂🍺
