I rented their RV and took a trip through New Mexico and Arizona, covering roughly 5,000 miles. Their RV was super well-maintained and really clean. Plus, before I headed out, I actually picked up a bunch of leftover supplies from their office that other travelers had left behind, and those turned out to be really handy. Their service was super friendly and helpful. And actually, I had a tire blowout on the road, but after I got back, we talked it over and they reimbursed me for it. I was really satisfied with the whole trip. If I rent an RV in another city and they have a branch there, I’d definitely rent from them again

Everything was amazing price they tell you is what you pay if you go to the smaller places you will be in for a big surprise when you bring that thing back but not here. They are all super cool and it’s not a hustle. RV only had 20k miles on it felt brand new.

This is the 4th time we rented an RV from El Monte RV and have been very satisfied and delighted with their Vehicles as much as their service. Each one of their RV's were really good, spacious, in great condition , came with a fully stocked kitchen appliances & cutlery ( which saved us the hassle of packing kitchen wares with us). We rented a size 30 RV this time and it was in a very good condition , very spacious and with good amount of moving space ( even without the slide out expanded). There was a good amount of cabinets, drawers, storage space. The RV also came with a big TV ( which we used as a smart TV using our own HDMI cables and connections), spacious refrigerator, freezer, gas with burners and a microwave. While giving us a demo of the RV, Mr Milan Gandhi was very helpful, went through each and every feature of the RV at length & very meticulously and also made sure to promptly resolve some minor functionality in the RV that was noticeable to us. Great Service and Customer interaction by Mr Milan Gandhi ! Overall, it has been a great and satisfying experience everytime we rented an RV from the business and will come back to them again !!
