Great customer service despite minor road bumps!
Overall, I recommend El Monte RV Rental in Las Vegas (Boulder Highway). We encountered two breakdowns during our trip, but their support team was helpful and directed us to an efficient mechanic. The battery replacement took some time, and the only downside is that there is no roadside support during night hours if an issue occurs. However, El Monte compensated us for the encountered issues by waiving our extended mileage fees, which was a very fair gesture.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your review and giving us a five-star rating. We are glad to hear that our support team provided efficient assistance when you experienced mechanical difficulties and battery trouble during your journey. We acknowledge your feedback regarding our after-hours assistance availability, as well as the time required for repairs. We are pleased that the adjustment to your final charges served as a fair resolution for the travel disruptions you experienced. Thank you for recommending our service.
