The dining table was broken and they did not disclose so then we had to stop on our way out of town for someone to try to fix it on thanksgiving day. He made it work for us, but it was not fully functional.

FANNIE MADE IT GREAT! the campervan had some water issues and I lost a day of travel having to take the van back to El Monte to be repaired. Fannie was there to greet me first thing and problem resolved. Upon my return she was also there to greet me and we resolve a couple of minor issues that happened on the trip. The experience was positive, friendly and fair. I will rent from this location again.

Le camping car est très confortable et aucun soucis moteur. Le seul hic est que les batteries ce chargeaient très mal (pas de chauffage et lumière) et aussi le slide qui n'a pas fonctionné à partir du 2eme jours, par hasard il est repartit et ensuite re-problème, on a donc arrêté de l'utiliser durant les 3 semaines de location. Aucun dédommagement nous a été accordé !

Outside of waiting 2hours to pick up RV, it was a great experience overall. Clean unit and easy to learn all the functions. Very comfortable to sleep in everything worked well.

The staff were very kind and eager to help and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. The RV was in an acceptable state for a rental. Of course a rental is never perfect, but we had no issues that are worth mentioning, we felt safe and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would choose El Monte anytime again!

uk visitor- we had a great experience with both the pick up in Las Vegas and drop off in Los Angeles. Very helpful as it was our first RV. We paid for an early pick up which I would recommend. I would use them again definitely. They also let us have a bbq delivered there from Walmart. Thank you.

superb service at Vegas-location. As well from imoova, the "brooker". Only at return a smaller issue, what we did not understood. But in both locations very good protection against the corona-virus.
