Service was good. Pickup was too short. No detailed instructions. We would come back if you would have another president…

Hello! We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the wait time at pick-up/drop-off wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service and reduce delays, and your input helps us do just that. Thank you for sharing your experience and we hope the rest of your trip went well! We hope to see you again in the future!

Everyone was nice and helpful with getting us going. I wish there was a way to complete the registration and payment process in advance and then have the option to actually pick up the rig at whatever time works best for the trip.

Fourth time in 4 years we traveled the USA in a El Monte Motorhome A. Every time a great experience and if something accured the service was quick and responsive. Value for money.

First time renting a rv . It was great. The only issue we had was we weren't sure if we ran out of water on the 2nd day being out in the desert. 40 gl tank shouldn't have run out on day2. It could have been a issue with the sensors.we didn't want to risk having Grey water back up into the rv so we didn't get to shower the rest of the time there. Other than that the fridge and propane and heater worked great. We used to own a toy hauler so we know how dry camping is and the other issue is the shower head should have a easy on and off button to save water and ours didn't so that stunk. If needed we would rent again.

Loved the camper van. Could not get the furnace or hot water to work. Was 30 degrees at night and quite cold. Camped in an area w/ no WiFi. Would have appreciate d a hard copy of “How to” manual included in the glove box.

We're glad you loved the camper van. We regret that you had trouble with the furnace and hot water, especially with the cold temperatures. We appreciate your suggestion about including a manual and will pass this along for further consideration!

A experiência foi excelente. Só não foi perfeita porque considerei o RV um pouco usado demais (80 mil milhas) e esperava um um pouco mais novo. No mais, sem qualquer problema ou intercorrência.
