Staff at Santee El Monte was courteous, informative, very knowledgeable. Overall experience was good. only thing that didn’t work was the awning one arm of the awning needed Assistant opening up.

The experience didn’t start very well. As stated on their website, we called a day in advance to confirm the motorhome pick-up time. We arrived at their office at 9:15, as I understood the agreed time to be 9:30. However, the company insisted the time was 1:30. After discussing it with the person in charge, there was nothing we could do, and we had to wait. In the end, they handed over the motorhome about fifteen minutes earlier than the time they had indicated. Everything else went smoothly and according to what had been agreed. The vehicle’s radio is of very low quality, and the overall finishes of the motorhome are not great either. This results in a lot of noise while driving. I understand that some noise is normal, but in this case, it felt excessive. That said, traveling by motorhome is an experience that is absolutely worth it.

Decent RV about 18 months old. It was clean and tidy. Had issues with the house batteries and got them replaced. Still didn't have enough power to operate the slide out at all times. But we managed with it. Staff were good. The RV served a good purpose and we were satisfied.

We loved our RV. It was immaculate! The service reserving, picking up, and dropping off was great. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars, is the generator went out the first night we had the RV. It shortened one of our days at Zion which was very disappointing because we had to take it to their recommended mechanic. If it had not been for that, it would have been perfect. I would definitely rent with El Montey again though!

For a camper built in 2025, it had already seen some wear and tear. There was water damage in the hallway, and the doors on the seating area needed to be repaired. Still, everything worked. Unfortunately, the kitchen utensils weren’t clean when we arrived, so our departure was delayed a bit. Other than that, everything was great and hassle-free.

We had to much problems with the campervan Electricity: the kitchen part did not work the propane switch was broken the citywater was out of order The display at the kitchenwall was not fixed

The experience is incredible! Waking up and going to sleep in different places every day is a wonderful feeling of freedom. Points to improve: the water level is inaccurate and the tank is small. Heating the water is also complicated and time-consuming, but it works. We received excellent service at the location.

This was our first RV rental. We drove to Disney with our two kids and the trip took about 18-19 hours each way. Although we got a little car sick (most RVs are bumpy and there's not much you can do about that), we managed to power through it, utilizing the front seats. It beat having to deal with flight cancellations, TSA shortages and weather delays. Renting an also RV gave unique options regarding places to stay. We found a beach side camp site that was the perfect ending to our vacation. The RV was easy to manage (as far as controls, waste management and water management). Driving the RV wasn't too bad. Although we chose the Large model, we quickly settled into driving it comfortably. With regards to the working with the dealer... we had a wonderful experience with the Linden location. Each representative was cordial, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Since this was our first time renting an RV and renting a large vehicle like this, we decided to visit the dealer a couple times prior to pickup. They allowed us to tour the models so that we felt more comfortable. They also thoroughly explained operating the RV, which was also appreciated. Once issue we faced was that we wanted to travel in early March. This was challenging because the fleet is usually winterized because of the water lines, etc. We weren't sure what mother nature would throw at us but the dealership was able to prep the camper so that we only had to fill the water when we got to the warmer states. We appreciated that. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at the Linden office. I would highly recommend this location as well as renting an RV in general! It has been one of the best vacations I have ever had just because of the freedom it provides.
