The nightdress I ordered for my wife took a couple of weeks to arrive but it was very nicely packaged and a very high quality garment. She is very pleased with it and I'll be buying another.

My husband bought me a beautiful silk pajama set in the silver color for my birthday . I had been wanting one with short sleeves and they are hard to find. The set is so comfortable and soft- I feel like a princess! I’m going to buy a set for my college aged girls and buy a long sleeve one for myself as the quality is wonderful and the price so much more reasonable than other brands - can’t give a stronger recommendation than this!!

Super happy with my purchase from Ellesilk, quality is amazing and the customer service was very prompt and friendly when I enquired about my shipping update, delivery was very fast too I was impressed! Will definitely be making future purchases!

I haven’t found anywhere better than Elle Silk for 25 momme silk. The customer service is also very good, I always get a fast and helpful response.

Elegant, $149 luxury garment but defect emerged after washing. I sent photographic evidence to Ellesilk, showing the defect as well as the washing agent and wash cycle which were both specifically for use with silk. They replied with: 'We are sorry to know that the item didn't work out for your wife..' Their offer of a $20 voucher off my next purchase has done nothing to placate me - there will be no 'next purchase'. I am very dissatisfied with this unprofessional after-sales service.

I have bought: 2x silk filled duvets 2x Silk Duvet Covers 1x Silk Fitted Sheet 5x pillowcases My feedback is: 1. Negative – bad packaging of big orders: - Very bad and thin packaging is used for big orders like 2x duvets. Boxes are not even used for packaging of big orders. Therefore the luxurious goods can be damaged during transportation. - It is difficult and dangerous to unwrap the big orders as they are just wrapped with scotch forming something like a huge ball. The goods are very tightly wrapped, the goods are very close to the package itself. It is possible to damage the goods inside while unpacking them. As a result after unwrapping the goods are wrinkled. - Client support service is not interested in changing the packaging style for big orders. I wrote an email to Ellesilk and asked to use boxes next time, however the next package i received was packed as usual – no box was used. My opinion - solid and secure packages should be used for packing the luxurious goods. 2. Positive: - the products are truly luxurious, the quality is very high, - fabric is durable, - good variety of colours, - all possible types of sizes are available. - small orders are packed carefully into the boxes, i did not have any problems while unpacking them. - small orders are delivered very fast (or immediately).
