The product is a good price although…
The product is a good price although the confirmation email I received shows a different total than what the website total showed. I hope it is good quality.

Was overcharged for the product and it didn’t arrive
Was overcharged for the product, refund still not received nearly three weeks after alerting them. Waited 3 weeks for the product, followed up three times, only to be told that it was out of stock. Total waste time, terrible service, would recommend avoiding - they just drop ship from China.

I think ALL charges should be clearly…
I think ALL charges should be clearly stated BEFORE placing the order. I was disappointed to see an additional $7 dollar shipping protection charge AFTER placing the order.
