yet, still in business... how??
don't trust this company!! all they want is the money that you can best spent elsewhere. have been trying to get a replacement product for something i ordered in early december. as of early february nothing has happened despite multiple communications via phone, live chat and email. i finally received an email today informing me my free gift is on the way. i already received that ( useless ) thing. where is my replacement product? i think the point is to give up. they get the money and you get a defective product. fortunately for them it's not returnable and they won't accept a defective product return for a refund as they don't accept any returns ( understandable and desirable but sill not helpful to the consumer with a a product that doesn't work. ) not sure how they are still operating with that business model...
