Ella Paradis Inc.Reviews of ellaparadis.com

Ordered 3 products, they were shipped with tracking within 2 days of my order. Received them promptly and came as described.

So happy with my purchase! Was able to track my package throughout the entirety of my waiting process and it even arrived earlier than expected. Definitely recommend to all

Loved it 10/10, would recommend!

I ordered my first product from ellaparadis back in September to try out the website and was extremely surprised at how smoothly the process went. I was able to track my shipment the entire way and was extremely happy with the product and its quality. Not only have I bought more products regularly but this is now my favorite online shopping experience! They also have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

This was my first time shopping for this type of articles, I was really nervous as it was a surprise for my partner really didn't know what to expect, however, Ella Paradis customer agent was so professional about everything from recommending the perfect product to the shipping time, they even gave me a little surprise gift after I told them the purpose of my order, I've recommended it to all my gal friends and heard great things from them as well! Overall Great experience, awesome people, and really good product!

i came to ella off a suggestion from a friend, and i'm very glad i did! the site was informative and easy to navigate. i was able to split my payment in 4s with a platform called quadpay that they offered. i got emailed as soon as my item shipped and it came on time. i got sent an email with instructions how to use the vibe i purchased. overall was a great experience and i highly recommend.

Their prices are better than most... I used their live chat when I had a question and the staff is knowledgeable and available...a real person and not a bot! Their help is professional and not awkward (considering the question and subject matter!) My items arrived quickly, but I had a question about how to charge one of them...I started a ticket since it was late, and had an email response the following morning. I, like many others, was concerned about the poor reviews, but they seem to have their act together!

When I read the bad reviews after I made my purchase I was worried. But I must say that every thing went very smooth from online ordering to delivery for me. It came quickly, tracking showed up in my e mail immediately, and the product totally meets my expectations. Nicely packaged with directions as well. I think this company possibly had a rocky customer service from many of the negative reviews. It seems they have definitely made some improvements. I have zero complaints at this time.
