A waste of time and money!
$400 for this cumbersome device is ludicrous! The sticky gel pads must be replaced continuously and they are hard to place in the proper position. You are paying for a small pulsing device that plugs into the disposable gel pad. Also, it is hard to tell if it is targeting the needed muscles to affect an improvement in incontinence. A very poor design for the cost! And the refund policy is terrible since they claim it can take up to 12 weeks to see results. So now I have a $400 sudo medical device that is junk!

We’re sorry to hear that Elitone did not feel like the right fit for you. Placement can take a little adjustment at first because everybody is different, and our team is always happy to help customers with positioning, fit, and usage questions. Elitone is designed to help activate the pelvic floor muscles, and results can vary depending on the person and severity of symptoms. Many customers begin to notice improvement within about 6 weeks, while others may need closer to 12 weeks to see the full benefit. We also understand that ongoing GelPad replacement is an important consideration, and we try to be transparent about that before purchase. We’re sorry your experience was frustrating, and we would welcome the opportunity to help troubleshoot or answer any questions if you’d like to contact our support team.
