Dear Mike, We are so sorry about this. Because of the severe snowstorm, this package took a long time on the road. When we received the customer’s mail, we immediately contacted the delivery company, but due to this uncontrollable factor, the package did not arrive as expected. We have changed the delivery company. Hope to prevent such incidents from happening. We aim to provide customers with satisfactory products and services. This time there has been a mistake, we will improve this aspect as soon as possible. We are sorry again for your unpleasant shopping experience. Sincerely Elitewill Team elitewill.com
