Dear Tom, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the delayed delivery. Because one of the products you bought is very popular, its inventory is low, so its delivery speed is slow. We have contacted the delivery company and asked them to speed up and respond to us about this order as soon as possible. We also reported this situation to our superiors to improve our service quality. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. Sincerely Elitewill Team elitewill.com

Dear Willy, We are sorry to have brought you an unpleasant shopping experience. We have replied to all the emails you sent before. We sent you a return label on March 16, but you may not have noticed it. So on March 23 the return label was sent to you by mail again. After we communicated, you have sent the package back. When we receive the package, we will give you a refund immediately. Satisfying each customer is the purpose of our service. We will try our best to solve each customer's question. We are also communicating with the development department about your questions about our products to improve our products. We are deeply sorry for the displeasure caused by this incident. Sincerely Elitewill Team elitewill.com
