There were a few bad things

There were a few bad things that happened with this bumper. 1. No instructions, we had to pretty much put the whole thing together without any guidance. We had to figure out each bolt and where it went, we had to completely dismantle my 4Runner to even begin to try and piece everything together. 2. CUTTING IS REQUIRED. States on the product that there is no need for cutting or drilling, complete lie. We had to cut the entire bottom section under the grill to even be able to place the bumper on. 3. The wiring for the lights were 2 inches. Thats it, we had to buy extra wires and harnesses to hook the lights up. 4. The box that it was shipped in was completely trashed. Thank goodness nothing was damaged. Thankfully everything fit and looks great, just very upset that there were multiple issues and no instructions and cutting was required. Very upset that we did have to damage my bumper more, there would have been more issues and I would have been more Irate if the cutting wasn't necessary. I am very disappointed that this company has neglected to inform of the proper installations that were needed, and the neglection of the instructions. If we were not car savvy this would have been a very very big problem.

Dear Sarah, We are sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. We contacted our factory, there is indeed no installation instructions. But if you contact our customer service, we will send you some installation videos of this product. We consulted the colleague who developed this product, and he said that there is no need to cut when installing this product. The wiring for the lights is about 11 inches. It may be that the packaging error sent you a short thread. If you contact us, we will resend the correct harness to you. When we pack this product, the box is intact, but it is beyond our control that the box is damaged due to the delivery company's error during transportation. We will contact the delivery company to ask them improve in this regard. We will email you to explain the situation. We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by this matter. Great value but lacks instructions
Very nice set of crossbars for the money. Well made. I gave 4 stars for the lack of any instructions with the set and it took a couple of attempts to figure out the correct size inserts for the arms that connect to the roof rack itself.

If i could make a minus stars i would do not waste time they talk the 2 day. Then run out and source to china!!!! No one wants china. Thats the reasons usa is this way.
