I got my order and it was wrong thing nobody will call me back or answer the phone tried calling lots of times and left message and emailed them 2 times I just want right ones got truck taken apart can't drive it or work on it with out new parts. Don't order from them just someone house

Ordered 2 sets of bucket ears for my John Deere50d Mini ex , after searching online for 3/4 inch thickness. Listing came up. When I recieved the product they were 5/8. told carol that I needed 3/4 She offered 10.00 off.I said I need 3/4 that's why I chose them. She came back and said its only .012 off and offered me 30.00 off. I reiterated I needed 3/4 as what was on their site and included a screen shot where it stated 3/4 (they have since changed it to 5/8) I asked for a REM she said she will get to it later. Later did not come in 2 days so I contested it with Paypal. That same day I get my Rems. Not very impressed with the" its only .012 difference." Will not be doing business again. Even gave a 10.00 tip! I will be taking pictures of the ears before I return them cause something tells me they will find a way to make me eat it. Aug 22 I have the tracking info from fedex. You are a liar Carol. I did not use the ears.I returned them in the same boxes you sent them to me. One of the boxes i NEVER opened. As figured you are a scammer. Its rusted cause its metal. Are you sure you know what your doing??? Take a scratch pad and some WD-40 and clean it instead of lying your butt off. Then sell it to someone else as 3/4 . this is my FINAL communication. I did not receive ANY photos from you. They are not scrapped. You are a scam.I indicated when i returned these that you were likely to blame anyone but yourself. I would not and will NEVER recommend anyone do business with your company. Have a good life.

For the refund I proposed, I think that if you feel acceptable to the error, you don't need to return it to solve the problem, if you do not accept the error, I can provide a return label for you to return it. What I'm confused about is that I sent you an email on August 12th with the return label in the attachment, because you bought 2 sets, so I sent you 2 return labels, so you didn't receive it? , but I did send. >>August 16 Latest processing result: I gave you a return label and I have refunded you all payment including tip before I received the return. >>>August 22：In order to give you a satisfactory result, we give you the return label and refund directly, although I have not received the return, but after 6 days I received 2 sets of products that have been used and have rusted, I am very sad. >>>August 23：But the return I received is indeed scrapped and cannot be resold. You've seen the photos I sent you, no one wants to buy them, and no one even wants them for free, so I can only scrap them. Order fender for a wramgler.they arrived damaged parts missing. Scratches down to bare metal bolts missing the vents were missing then I was offered a refund of 40 dollers.
