Dear Roger, We have maintained email communication with you. There are more than a dozen e-mails between us. You have bought two products from our store, and one of them is out of stock in the American warehouse because it is so popular. Therefore, we urgently ship to you from an overseas supplier we cooperated with, but due to the current port congestion, the delivery time is longer than usual. We asked if you would like to wait. If you don’t want to wait any longer, we can refund you. You replied in your email that you would have to wait. We really want to solve problems for our customers, but there are some things we cannot control and we can only do our best. We are deeply sorry for the displeasure caused by this incident. Sincerely Elitewill Team elitewill.com
