However, I am truly sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the painting, cleanliness of the carpet and pool heating equipment. Our swimming pools are serviced once a week, however, sometimes after a hard rain or windy day, the pool may need extra attention. In these cases, a team member will be sent to address any concerns. Regrettably, our records do not show a request for the pool to be cleaned. We make every effort to advise our guests,by placing the information on our website and reservation confirmation. Unlike hotels, our vacation homes do not provide paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We truly regret you were unaware and apologize for the inconvenience. . We’re sorry you were not informed of our pool/spa heating policy. We try our best to advise our guests of this policy, by also placing it on our website and reservation confirmation. In order to heat the spa, pool heating is required, which costs extra. We truly regret you were unaware and hope you will you accept our sincerest apologies. We work really hard to ensure every home is in perfect condition and use guest comments to better improve our service. We have worked directly with our maintenance team to ensure each of your comments have been addressed. Thank you for helping us to improve our product. The homes are self-catering therefore toiletries, like paper towels and tissues, are not provided. We understand renting a vacation home is very different from a hotel room and try to convey those differences to every guest via booking confirmation and website.
