We understand there's been confusion about out-of-pocket costs. To clarify, once you're enrolled with our firm, you won't incur any additional attorney's fees or costs requested from us unless you add new debt to our representation. However, debts for which we negotiate a settlement on your behalf will still require your payment to the creditors. To be clear, Elite Legal Practice does not hold your funds in escrow to make payments, any payments, to your creditors. We've reached out with options to address your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. First, we'd like to clarify that we are a consumer rights law firm that leverages federal law to dispute and resolve debt on behalf of our clients. We are not a debt consolidation company that holds client funds in escrow for debt repayment. As outlined in our Client Services Agreement, your monthly payments cover legal fees earned by our attorneys for their work on your case. Because of the cancellation of our services, we were not able to complete the significant work we began identifying violations of federal laws related to your enrolled accounts.  However, we did begin this valuable service, which is why we retained some of the funds paid. After a thorough review, we've approved a refund of $1,322.11. We apologize for the delay in processing the documentation and appreciate your patience.

Our client services agreement outlines the scope of our services and payment schedule, and we don’t proceed without your explicit agreement. We're transparent about our process because we believe it's essential to building trust and achieving success together. Our services may not have met your expectations, but that’s because we’ve only had 5 months. The people who stick with us, who trust our process, and who give it time are the ones who truly break free from debt. They’re the ones enthusiastically recommending our services to their family and friends. We've seen our process change lives, and we are truly proud of the success we’ve delivered to clients.
