ELF was great for a lot of things, except the BEST PRODUCT YOU HAD which is now discontinued! The Hydrating Water Essence w/Aloe. Baffled.

The shipping is just awful. You get anocuos responses from customer service. They have no idea where my packages are. Fedex doesn't know and 6 weeks later I want a full refund. I got told to wait...never again will 8 order

It appears that we all feel the same way about E.L.F., the products are great, but their customer service and shipping is horrible. I am actually surprised at how horrible their customer service is and I am still waiting on items. It’s better not to order directly from them, which is horrible. How is this okay? No one in management cares?

TERRIBLE!! They had an issue with their ordering system for the SECOND time and as a result, I missed out on Black Friday deals. AVOID USING THEM DIRECTLY!!!

Customer service is appalling. Have contacted them about 5 times for different matters and each time requires you to chase up your original inquiry at least once to respond when they quote 1 working day. When they do reply it’s obvious they haven’t read your question properly, are dismissive and quite rude to be honest - even when the fault lies with them. Had this happen when asking for my points to be added on every single time (a chore in itself as it’s supposed to be automatic). Recently I asked whether a lipstick is supposed to smell like rancid oil or whether this was a quality problem. But ignored as usual. Given this pattern, but the fact that the products themselves are really good quality for the value, I will try to purchase from other retailers instead of directly with them.

I'll be honest, I only ordered from them once several years ago and I cannot bring myself to ever order from them again. Actually, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't even buy their products in store at Walmart, etc. Basically, I placed a $100 order that took over 4 weeks to get to me, and when it did I had to pay $100 in duties and taxes in Canada... what IS that!? When I brought both issues up to customer service they might has well have just shrugged, as they didn't care at all.
