The website was a little difficult to navigate, but otherwise the process was very clearly explained and I was made to feel very comfortable. I had been thinking about getting a mmj card for a while, but I have anxiety (imagine that! Why I wanted some weed!) but it was all pretty simple. Finally, I can sleep better, which leads to a better workday and more energy.

They misspelled my name and delayed the process...it was disappointing after i paid $195 to not have a smooth experience.
Response from Elevate Holistics Medical Marijuana CardsDec 15, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. The issue stemmed from a system limitation related to special characters in names, which unfortunately resulted in a misspelling on the initial submission and a delay. Once this was identified, we corrected the information promptly to ensure everything was properly updated. As an apology for the inconvenience, we’ve issued a refund for the full-service fee. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve both our systems and our processes. Thank you for your patience.

My ADHD was my biggest frustration. Your tech support was phenomenal and I reached out twice. Both techs were respectful, polite, understanding, caring and technically-challenged user friendly with easy to understand directions without being condescending or insulting. Best of all they had a sense of humor. As for the whole application process, while at first a little daunting, was pretty straightforward and easy enough. So, unless there are any changes made, I will continue to trust and use your services for my mmj card needs. Please keep up the great work. Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review! We’re truly glad our tech support team was able to meet you where you were with patience, clarity, and a little humor along the way — that means a lot to us. We know the application process can feel overwhelming at first, so it’s wonderful to hear that our team helped make it more approachable and user-friendly. Your kind words about their respect, understanding, and communication will definitely be shared with them. We sincerely appreciate your trust and are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting you with your medical marijuana card needs. Thank you again for the encouragement — we’ll keep working hard to deliver the same great experience every step of the way!
