Scheduling the appointment was easy. The doctor I spoke with was professional & very nice. I had my medical card from the state 4 days later. The whole experience was quick & easy, but it has been in past years too.

I was told that they submitted everything needed for my renewal and to check back in a couple of days. They have taken my money and submitted nothing. when I log on to the dept. of health website they tell me they need me to upload a copy of my drivers license and physicians note. These are the things that I paid you to do. very upsetting.

We want to clarify that your purchase included the physician consultation only, which covers your medical evaluation and recommendation. The state application and document uploads are part of our optional Full Service add-on, which was not included in your order. When Full Service is not selected, patients are responsible for uploading their own driver’s license and submitting their application directly through the Department of Health portal. This is why the system prompted you to complete those steps. That said, we completely understand how confusing this can feel, and we never want you to feel unsupported. Our team would be more than happy to walk you through the remaining steps or assist if you’d like to add Full Service so we can complete everything for you.
