Normally in the past things went as scheduled. Today I waited 20 minutes for my online appointment to start it showed offline on your end the whole time I was waiting. I tried calling the number that was available three different times no one answered. I tried going back online for my appointment but instead of using the link from my email I went to the website logged in and it show someone was online. I only had to wait a few minutes this time. Talked to Dr. Dean I told him what happened he explained what happened. Suggest better communication with the staff so they can enjoy the holiday also.

Because we serve patients in 18 different states, the system may show providers as “online,” even though not all providers are licensed in every state. This can sometimes make it appear that someone is immediately available when, in fact, the appropriate provider for a specific state is not yet connected. On holidays, live support availability may also be limited; however, our providers continue seeing patients as scheduled.
