I’d try a different place tbh
The appointment was brief (~3mins) and the provider didn’t ask any questions. He approved my recommendation but did not provide any guidance or information at the end. He stated that my recommendation would be uploaded within 24 hours. No additional information was provided. I was told that my name was not on CURT when I called the dispensary 48 hours later.

I spent more money dealing with you…
I spent more money dealing with you than I would have just going through WV stie. I should not have to pay you and them to get my card. Your shady. Maybe you should divulge that information before someone else gets screwed

My application sat unprocessed for 5…
My application sat unprocessed for 5 weeks without any notification. When i finally called they said the dr didnt hit a button.

Confused about the whole thing I paid extra to get y’all to send everything to Oma for me. I don’t know if it went. I can’t look on my profile and download the renewal so I can upload it myself. I paid extra so y’all would do that for me I am needing to know what’s up

Two things
Two things: first, I completed my intake forms, scheduled & paid for the appointment on Friday, got my approval letter only to be informed that I would need to get a new drivers license because mine expires October 21st. With the holiday Monday, that pushed everything to Tuesday. No one could’ve told me that when completing the forms? Second, I paid an additional $40 for you to handle my intake forms with Arkansas, but I still had to pay the state $50. I will never recommend this $40 add-on service to anyone. It’s a waste of money. I’ve done it myself the last 4 years and I’ll go back to that instead of wasting money on this service. My response to your response: I understand the requirements to have a valid license. I was unaware that it would not only have to be valid, but also not fall within a certain timeframe of expiring. Can you tell me what the $40 add on service includes?

An updated driver's license is necessary for Arkansas to approve your application, and the $50 state fee is separate from our Full Service fee and must be paid directly to the state.
