From beginning to end even though it was only 30 days due to being misleading by the original representative. Everyone after the original personal has been absolutely wonderful! Very kind and helpful and truthful. Touched base when placed on hold instead of giant long pauses. Very professional. Hope they can get more people like that to the sales floor.
