I worked with Deanna Scholle on an issue with our policy. The issue was not regarding coverage or any problem with Eleras Automotive Group. It was a personal financial situation. Deanna was astute at her job. She offered us many options with great detailed explanation. In conclusion she resolved all issues with the utmost understanding and prompt responses. High praise for an excellent employee Deanna Scholle. Glenda Gregorcyk

Deanna was patient and very helpful. She treated my account as if it were her own. I had a misunderstanding about my policy which she cleared up. She kept her word when she said she would call me back. I now have a better policy and payment schedule that works for me.
