Top Notch Customer Service!
The customer service with the ELEARIS Group has been astounding. I am in between job opportunities and have had to contact them for different reasons, each person I have been transferred to was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and willing to help.

Highly Recommend Eleras!
I spoke with Jessica today about a policy that my dad purchased for his car but then ended up trading it in for a new vehicle. She could not have been more understanding of the situation and fully refunded my dad's payment for he was in his 30-day window, no questions asked. We will definitely consider using Eleras again if he chooses to purchase a new warranty. Thank you for your friendly conversation and your understanding Jessica. Highly recommend!

I truly love this company
I truly love this company, I’ve been with them for a year and I don’t think I’ll ever change. With covid came hardships and that made it way harder to pay for and afford things the Elearas group have helped me so many times from when I was just worried about a policy or when I called to see if I could get my payment lower so I could keep my coverage they did what they could to help! I’m beyond thankfull for this amazing group of kind and caring people
