I was not able to get a response or connect on a phone call for over 3 months and just yesterday , 1/03/24 My call was connected to Joseph Fisch And he was incredibly patient and polite with me. Was very quick to help me figure out what I needed — very professional but also genuine— Amazing experience I would Consider working with Elaras again because he was simply kind and honest . Thank you 🙏

I had originally called to cancel but ended up keeping it because Ms Jessica helped me understand and explained thoroughly how helpful the coverage is. She even lowered the price for me a bit since I mentioned I felt like I was spreading myself thin. I had a great experience because of Ms Jessica

Mr. Joseph Fisch assisted in cancelling my policy as it turned out that it was unnecessary due to coverage through a pre-existing contract. Mr. Fisch was very friendly and extremely professional. This amount of friendliness and professionalism makes it so much easier and more efficient to get things done smoothly and without too much difficulty. I hope there are more representatives that follow this path.
