Eleras Group is a 100% scam and uses fear tactics to sucker people in. They hide all the information about their firm and you'd do yourself a favor by researching further and not trust fake review on "Trust Pilot" (that's irony there for you).

Eleras group has been extremely helpful to me and my used vehicle. Jessica Lewis was super accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to extend my current coverage and she was able to help me throughout the entire process. I am very happy to get so much help.

Well I had a wonderful conversation today with Katie oshia, she did everything she could do to help fix a very small problem I was having, and she did it with a smile and a beautiful laugh if I had to really recommend someone for help it would be her ever time and I know i probably shouldn't say this, but there was help from everyone there Jessica also helped me out but Katie is the s*** Iol she deserves a raise if you ask me and lunch for a week😉, but thanks alot guys ur the best for all ur help thanks again katie....

Mr Joseph Fisch was super helpful and friendly, too! I was waiting for papers in the mail; he checked on when they were sent, emailed everything to me "just in case", and said to call back if I didn't receive them at all. I especially appreciated that I could UNDERSTAND him!! All is well; I have paper in hand. He sounds like a very nice person.
