Today I called for a service to be cancelled and was greeted by a customer service member by the name of Patrick. He was understanding and helpful at the same time by understanding my concern. So much so he worked out a great deal and adjustment that I was extremely grateful for. So coodos to Patrick today and thanks for the awesome service.

I wasn't seeing my monthly payment withdrawal on my bank statements. I was concerned something was wrong. A quick call to Alexandra confirmed the payment drafts were happening and my account was current. She was pleasant and quickly resolved my concern.

Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments. Therefore, I would be free of payments from today onward till my policy ends in 3 years. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She also compared my policy to that of another company. So I am staying with Eleras. Thank you, Jessica!
