Very fast delivery ( Eleglide M1 Plus), and well packaged upon delivery. Took me more time to assemble it however but i watched videos on YT for faster assembling :) I had some issues with the bike, so emailed the support team and they responded really fastly and thoroughly on the issue matters. They were very helpful and insightful, and resolved the problems within 1/2 days by also explaining me the mechanism of the bike and how it works(this was related to the cadence system and the pedal-assist system). Even they provided supporting videos for fixing my breaks of the bike which was one of the issues. Overall the bike works wonderfully, has really powerful motor and is light...
