elegantweddinginvites.comReviews of elegantweddinginvites.com

I am so happy with my wedding invitations I have received! Any change I requested was made promptly and without question! Shipping was incredibly fast I was shocked when they arrived so quickly! They are beautifully made and look even better in person! Excellent quality for a great price! Thanks!

I will never order from Elegant wedding invites again. It's a rip off and I wish I would have spent the extra money with wedding paper divas because my sisters invitations are amazing. The invitations I ordered were plain low grade and better suited for a 2 year olds birthday

Where to begin. I placed an order for wedding invitations. The paper was cheap, there were ink smudges, and scratch marks on them. I requested my money back they refused to refund me. They said they could not give me my money back because the product comes from China and shipping is pricey. Why would they offer free shipping?! Anyway, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. Come to find out there are tons of complaints filed with this scam company. Please save your money. Do not order from Elegant wedding invites. Your day is too special and I wouldn't wish the headache I have gone through on anyone. P.S. Mary tipper is the person who does the invites. Don't ever order from her. Funny how she's is on the reviews for her own company

I took a chance and ordered my daughter's wedding invitations online. The color (navy blue) looked more like an eggplant purplish color. The print was not a good quality and the paper was so-so. I am so disappointed and frustrated. They offered to re-print, but as the time is getting so close to when we need to have invitations in the mail, I am not going to risk this again. Folks need to be aware that these are sent from China.

While not being sure about ordering wedding invitations online and not actually seeing or feeling the invites I was hesitant. But sometimes when your on a budget you take your chances and pray it all comes out well. I took the chance and I must say I'm very happy with the invitations. They look just as they did online. Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience with elegantweddinginvites.com was pleasant. They made the corrections I needed without additional fees and responded to each of my e-mails. Also, my invites were navy blue but I asked if the response cards could be changed to white with the design in navy blue and they did without an additional cost. They came out great and just what we asked for. What I did when sending them the changes I needed, I made it as simple as possible. Went on my computer and In a text box I wrote how I wanted the card to read. On the outside envelope I wanted the return address in script and I sent a sample of it and they did it for me. While the product is coming from overseas you can't help but be nervous but I had a good experience and would use them again. Their customer service was more then expected. Just make a note of their hours so if you don't think your getting a response right away its because of the time difference. Overall good experience.

I was first reluctant to order my wedding invitations from this company but then that changed when one of their associates was very responsive and helpful in my selection of cards, styles, colors, fonts and etc. The total time from the selecting up to receiving my cards was two weeks. They were that fast! The product is not cheaply looking product. I will definitely order again.

Do NOT order from this 'company'. They just sloppily copy and paste whatever you write with no regards to style, alignment, or font. On my design, they also didn't bother changing the response card like I requested, or the color. And if you don't like the "design" they will charge you a $20 fee to cancel (but of course that fee isn't mentioned on their website, which I don't think is even legal). They are a shady company with unacceptable buisness practices. Cheaper isn't always better.

I ordered from this company after shopping around online. They had the best price, great selection for all wedding types and included free shipping and free response cards with my order. My order was exactly as it appeared, even after making a small correction in my address. They shipped UPS from China and I was a little concerned before I opened the envelope but they were great. Got my order within 4 business days which is plenty of time for my September wedding.
