I ordered invitation, free rsvp cards. They kept in close contact with me as I made changes to the invitations and addresses on the envelopes. Printed and mailed quickly. Was very surprised to get them so fast. Great quality for the price.

This website is completely misleading! They are based in China, which is by no means apparent on their site and the quality of their invitations is awful! I ran out of envelopes and had to re-order more and they sent me different envelopes and their response to my complaint was " since you are sending them to different people it's ok don't you think?" Infuriating! Wouldn't order from this company if the invites were free!

I had ordered an invitation, it went well so I recently went ahead and decide to order personalized party favors from them on their website in the personalise section. I even asked them before Ordering if they can personalize the key chains where I received an email response assuring me they do. After I ordered the responses from them about the details of my order were very slow. At one point I asked them if I would recive a confirmation email when they are sent so I can track the package they assured me I would but to my surprise they arrive at my door very unexpectedly and they are blank. After asking them what happened they send me an email stating they do not personalize them and when I ask about the previous email and website location, as they are under personalized gifts, their only reply is I can return them at my own expense or receive a 15$ refund for the confusion. I ask why at no point did anyone review my order and let me know it couldn't be done even though in my order from it clearly shows I requested personalized wording. How is this any part my fault And yet I'm stuck with useless key chains. Also when I finally got frustrated and asked for the small refund they offered I also made it very clear to them the original card I paid through pay pal was stolen and can they put it on a different account they email replied yes they can let them know. I went though pay pal and sent then the account to refund and what did I see today, they refunded the canceled credit card. This is extremely frustrating and I will never again do business with them as well as warn everyone one to steer clear of this site.

I found my wedding invitations on this site 3 months before actually ordering them. I looked all over the web and some places in person and nothing else jumped out at me. I love that the RSVP cards were no additional charge and the printed envelopes are nice too! I had a great experience and would recommend this site to anyone needing invitations for any event.

You get what you pay for... Horrible proofs. Grammatical errors, copy-pasted, not aligned, etc. Note that the company only posts their clearly fake facebook reviews... You may not post your own review on their website (red flag). Online customer support is never available, phone is never answered... If you don't believe me, try contacting them by chat or phone now. Major scam!

I ordered the invitations and within the next day had the email-proofs. After seeing the proofs, I did want to change some colors and the edits were also sent in a day or two. They will work with you and edit the proofs until you are happy and then they will print them when you give them the final okay. The shipping was extremely fast-it was sent and delivered within a 2-day time frame. I was very content with my purchase and it was extremely affordable and hassle-free.

Not only did we stay in contact EVERYDAY until the proofs were to my satisfaction.... but they damn near teleported my invitations from China.....shipping was FAST!!! And not only did they package my invitations properly but THEY LOOKED GREAT!!! Will def recommend to my friends and family!!!! Thank you!!!!

I would definitely recommend this website for someone who is on a budget for their wedding but still wants cute, personalized invitations. The customer service is excellent - they respond to questions almost immediately through the chat feature on the website. They're also excellent at sending proofs in a timely manner and being flexible with making changes to proofs. The one thing to be aware of is communicating with them during Feb 18th to Feb 24th. It's their Chinese Spring Festival, so they won't be available during those dates. The actual invitations were very cute! Good paper quality :) Also, the deal they had going included response cards and envelopes with return addresses already printed on them! It saved us so much time and money! The color of the invitations looked ever so slightly different, but that will happen with anything on a computer screen that's printed. Overall, great experience.
