They're base in China, so China hours I guess, which is kinda hard to communicate especially when I'm from the states, I guess that's the only DOWNFALL! Hahah. But everything turned out great.! Highly recommend this to everyone, please don't think twice! To end this, I am a very happy BRIDE, since everyone I had shown my invites to, loves them! Company was patient working through multiple proofs and waiting until I was happy with them to print. They do ship from China, but invitations arrived three days after processing so no complaints. Not the fanciest I've ever seen but they were good quality for the price and totally met our needs.

Before me and my fiancé received the invitations we were a little nervous. All of the communications with elegant weddings were done through email. Although, they were very efficient and thorough in making sure the invites came the way we wanted. Our wedding invitations exceeded our expectations. I was a little nervous ordering online, but they were very helpful and prompt in their replies. Our invitations were printed perfectly. I had to change some wording and they sent me a proof with my changes immediately. I'm very impressed with the customer service. We received all of our envelopes and RSVP cards. It's also very nice that our return address was printed on both sets of envelopes. The shipping was extremely quick too! One less worry for a bride!!
