Dear Nichole, We are sorry that you have felt this way. We know that you wanted to return your order and we said we would fully refund it as soon as we get them back. However, we only send return shipping labels for orders, when there is a problem from our side, such as a wrong item shipped, etc. Since we fulfilled your order on time with the right items, we kindly asked you if there is any reason for a shipping label request.
