Dear Sue, Our shipping charge is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package as well as the destination. We get the shipping price directly from the carrier and reflect it on the order before payment. Those coffee bags you have ordered are 1.5 oz and this information is given on the product title. Our customer usually gets them for gifting or tryouts. For regular usage, we offer the same coffee in 8.8 oz at a better price. If you are not happy with your order and would like to return for a full refund, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will start your return process. Thank you for your feedback and we hope that ours is also satisfactory. Kind regards, Elegant Gifts CS Team

Dear Paul, We charge sales taxes according to each states' department of revenue regulations and based on the shipping destination (once that information is entered). We do NOT state anywhere on our website that we do not charge sales taxes. The sales tax information will be always presented once the shipping address information given by the customer. Also, in your case, it was presented as a $3.11 tax on the checkout page, as well as a PayPal page during your payment. Our customers can use our contact page or email us at [email protected] for all their communication needs. Thank you for your feedback and we hope that our feedback was also helpful.
