Good service, check for expiration
Quick turnaround time, received as ordered. My only concern is that the product’s expiration date is less than three months far out.

Okay only
I searched for a measured stainless steel pourer. Yes, it’s truly elegant and pours nicely but doesn’t measure 📏 the pour and not stainless steel. I placed one spout in the dishwasher and it was ruined because I was under the impression it was stainless steel. Other then that, I’m pleased with the product for its elegance.

Not As Pictured
The shot cups made of jello are cute but I ordered them because they were a rainbow of colors in the picture. The actual product is two each of red, blue, and orange. Not what I wanted but not worth sending them back.

This setup is really great for students…
This setup is really great for students who are doing that end of semester balancing act. The admins are responsive, accommodating and the prices are fair. Having had to use...the service twice now, I must say, if you have reservations about the quality of work or concerns about being scammed, just let go of your inhibitions you're in very VERY good hands

I didn’t s not receive what I ordered-wrong
I didn’t s not receive what I ordered. I ordered the old time southern pickled eggs and received the jalepeno ones which I am allergic to jalepenos and can not eat them.

It's OK, but customer service is not
I've only tried the Berry so far and found it very strong and sweeter than necessary. I had to mix with twice the amount of sparkling water recommended. I ordered a sample pack for myself and one for my sister as a gift at the same time. Both were delivered by Amazon but hers arrived 2 days later than mine and was leaking. I've not yet had a reply to the email I sent to Elegant Gifts requesting a re-send on 9.27.19. Poor customer service.

Your website stated you did NOT charge…
Your website stated you did NOT charge sales tax. At checkout for the 3 items I ordered you did, in fact, add sales tax to the total. I'm not impressed with such deceptive sales tactics. In addition, you do not have a phone number listed for direct contact with your company. Not helpful.

Dear Paul, We charge sales taxes according to each states' department of revenue regulations and based on the shipping destination (once that information is entered). We do NOT state anywhere on our website that we do not charge sales taxes. The sales tax information will be always presented once the shipping address information given by the customer. Also, in your case, it was presented as a $3.11 tax on the checkout page, as well as a PayPal page during your payment.
