I ordered first class mail and still havent received an update and hoping to have this by christmas so I can't rate til I have the product. *update* didnt receive my package today so now I wont have it in time for Christmas and still no update when I'm receiving this. If I knew I wouldn't have it for Christmas I would have ordered on amazon.. I didn't have this on time for Christmas and I still don't know when I'll have it. Please issue me a refund!

Shipping charges were outrageous! Bags of coffee were so small they didn't even make one pot!

Dear Sue, Our shipping charge is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package as well as the destination. We get the shipping price directly from the carrier and reflect it on the order before payment. Those coffee bags you have ordered are 1.5 oz and this information is given on the product title. Our customer usually gets them for gifting or tryouts. For regular usage, we offer the same coffee in 8.8 oz at a better price. The packaging of the product was awful, the amount charged for shipping was ridiculous. Had I known that I could get the same product on Amazon and paid no shipping, I would have done so!

Dear Gemma, thank you for reviewing us. We would really love to lower the shipping prices for international orders. However, that is what the carrier charging us and we need to pass it to the international customers. Meantime, your order was received on Feb 22nd and your package was shipped the same day. Today is 7th day and unfortunately international shipping can take from 10-15 days depending on customs clearance.
