If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stay away from this vendor. I received a phone that was "reported lost or stolen" as I was told when I went to have my phones switched at my carrier's store. They did send me a shipping label to return this phone to them. They were supposed to send me "the right phone" but I never heard from them about the "right phone" after I shipped the other one back, so now they had my money & I had no phone. All the emails I received from them were just dumb repetitive questions so I filed with my bank to get my money back since this company did not even respond to my request for a refund. Just find someone else.

Sent me the wrong phone. I will not deal with them again.

I appreciate electronicsforce for their knowledgeable staff and outstanding service. There's no calling back when someone who knows what they're doing is there--they have experts who know their products and applications there at all times. I've never asked a question they don't have an answer for, and they are able to give well-informed and decisive advice. They have unusually good product availability during the pandemic. For customer service they always under promise and usually over deliver. I just received my much anticipated oneplus nord 5G three days early with detailed tracking. The staff member I spoke to was spot on--they are perfect for what I need (and on back order everywhere else). As a repeat customer, I am delighted but not surprised. The fact that they get good ratings as an employer matters as well. I also appreciate their educational assistance and product support. Thank you Electronicsforce

They have a no refund on open box policy. They have sent me the wrong phone 3 times and have messed up for the 4th time with me. I can't know if it's wrong until I open the box. I'm tired of spending money to send the wrong phone back and wait 2 weeks or more for the phone to leave Brooklyn. There is too many other more important things I should be stressing over. Out $300 because of their policy and their incompetence. I'm done dealing with them because all they are is a source of unneeded stress and incompetence.

Absolutely great! Their customer service is excellent and guided me throughout the entire process. I have placed an order for a galaxy s10 lite with them, and it didn't come in it's original condition and probably was damaged during shipping. I called customer service and explained the situation and even sent them some pictures. They were happy to accept it back and when I provided them with a tracking number for a return, they immediately overnighted another one. So glad I've had the pleasure to do business with them. Looking forward again to buy more phones.

Staff is so very nice! I am glad to be making business with them.
