I purchased a backup battery for my husband's Defiant electric bike for Christmas. The battery was faulty and would not hold a charge. The company was contacted several times both by phone and by text. We were promised a replacement battery. To date we have never received the battery replacement, communication has stopped, I tried to contest the charge but it was over 30 days. I am out $389 dollars. Do not use this company for your electric bike needs, they are not honest!

I ordered a replacement battery for my defiant bike. It was easy to order, shipped quickly & I was able to get the battery before Christmas. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

I was truly excited waiting for my battery to come in I purchased a nakto battery for my camel e-bike but I received a battery which is universal to my bike but it was not the manufacturer's battery it just says battery I purchased was for the nakto instead I got a generic brand battery was displeased. My purchase was for $289.00. for the Nakto brand battery. Instead I received a generic brand.
