Great experience
I just want to shout out Jessica M. and Christina C. for doing such a great job helping my mother and I through the complicated Medicaid process in Montana. They were very patient, informative, accessible, and friendly. I have no reservations about recommending these folks. They saved me a lot of anxiety and time.

Hiring Eldercare Resource Planning.
Eldercare charges a lot of money for what your state will will help you do for free. Eldercare said they would be faster than our application that was already filed so they had us cancel that application with the promise of many options for a spend down to save money. It took them 2.5 months to copy the completed application and turn in again. We never received an eligibility strategy from them like they state in their contract. We had to reach out to them weekly to check on the process only to be told send your bank statements again and again. That is there con, they just keep asking for financial information to buy more time. Spending $7800 with them was a huge waste of money. I will help you fill out the applications for half of that. Communication was terrible and unreliable. Update: Michael reached out to my family to talk about our experience. I believe that we were an unfortunate exception to how they handle their customers. Michael stood behind his business model and hopefully our discussions will help his business in the future. Thank you Michael and thank you for personally reaching out to us and resolving our disastisfaction.

ECR was a Godsend
ECR was a Godsend. I’d heard about the bureaucracy of the Medicaid process to qualification, and knew I didn’t want to go it alone. I did a quick search online and ECR came up with some stellar reviews. I did a free consultation with William, who provided a wealth of information. From that consultation, I knew I wanted ECR to guide me through the process. I had a meeting with Roxanne a couple of days later to get the ball rolling. She guided me, very meticulously, through all the forms that I needed to submit and other paperwork to complete. What should’ve taken at least eight months for Medicaid qualification took about half the time! The process was smooth and seamless and most importantly, stress-free. A big thank you goes to Roxanne, Priscilla and Cesar.

Jennifer and Freddy were great
Jennifer and Freddy were great. They did everything we needed and kept us updated the whole way. By the time we found them it had been almost 5 months since applying for Medicaid for my mother in law. The application had not been marked for review and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the Virginia DSS system. Once Jennifer and Freddy got involved we had the approval within 60 days. A great weight has been lifted and my mother in law is securely in a memory care unit getting the care she needs. I highly recommend using ECRP. The cost can count toward a spend down so totally worth it.

We retained this firm to assist with the Medicaid process
We retained this firm to assist with a Medicaid application for our stepfather, who was both physically ill and suffering from dementia. It was a a real challenge, yet the team of Liz Gomez and Andres Zepeda were extraordinary. They have an overwhelming level of expertise which relieved a lot of stress, because we knew we were in great hands. They were also sensitive and caring which really made us feel like they understood this process and what we were going through. Also a big thank you to Jason Samaroo who started the process for us.

From the beginning to the end
From the beginning to the end, Eldercare Planning was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Medicaid application process, which we knew nothing about. They made it easy so that never once did we feel stressed. Everyone we worked with (Christina Chisholm, Jessica Munoz, Keisha Dawson) were very quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We cannot imagine going through the process alone without their help!
