Christina Chisholm was amazing!! The process is long and very stressful when dealing with the state of Ohio for Medicaid help. But with Christina helping all of the stress was gone, anytime I had a question all I had to do was email her and she always responded quickly, usually the same day. She took the time to explain everything ni matter how many times I asked she has a very pleasant voice (I love her southern accent) and we laughed a lot. This is the place to go if your needing help for a loved one or for yourself, I highly recommend their service you won't regret it.

We haven't yet followed through with ECRP's services due to internal complications. However, our initial experience has been exceptionally positive. Our initial screening call was brief but informative. Our 20-minute video intake call with Adair was a great deep dive, and both refreshing and reassuring. Adair had expert knowledge, and gave frank and decisive answers. She allowed the call to run long without hesitation. She exhibited excellent follow up, and even took the initiative to schedule an additional free call with their medical needs advisor. I now have the confidence that we not only qualify for Medicaid, but would receive excellent start-to-finish support from the ECRP team. Considering the cost-to-benefit ration of getting an approval, I'd gladly pay the fee for ECRP's service.
