This was a fairly long process but once…
This was a fairly long process but once Liz Gomez took over our case it was a very good experience. Great communicator and was a great advocate for my family. Would recommend this team every time.

Great experience that would have been…
Great experience that would have been impossible without their help. The only problem was the time it took from application submission until approval but that was due to staffing issues with Medicaid.

ECRP
I am very thankful for Liz Gomez at ECRP. She assumed case management at a crucial point when the staff person that had been assisting me left suddenly. Liz was able to rescue the Medicaid application from denial and bring it to a successful completion. The knowledge, communication, and professionalism she brought significantly reduced the stress that navigating the Medicaid process can bring. A successful outcome with less stress was exactly why I hired ERCP. I will be continuing with them through the extended service plan they offer.

ECR was very helpful in getting us through the Medicaid process for my Mother
ECR was very helpful in getting us through the process of getting my mother approved for Medicaid. They were very helpful in resolving issues with Maryland Medicaid

Not much interaction in the last year.
Starting from the beginning things went smoothly. then there seem to be a lot of restructuring within the company and there were times I felt like I didn't know if someone was really watching over my mom's case. I know people get promoted and personnel changes, however three or four times for my case seemed scary to me.

They did a great job getting us medicaid approved
They did a great job getting us medicaid approved in less than 2 months. There was just one hiccup with money moved that caused alot of anxiety for me but was resolved in the end. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.

Medicaid approval help
You should prepare an activities log of today’s for client as well as Eldercare. The only issue I had was being told immediate action items in the beginning and then told to change a key action item. OverallThe support Kaitlyn provided was excellent!
