Your Customer Service department is excellent! Today, 10/30/24, Brittany C. was so helpful and patient. I needed information on our 5 MIDs and she assisted me greatly! I initially tried to register at www.mypayments but could not get through. I called and asked Brittany if I had an option (we have auditors in) and she pulled the info and since we do not have a fax machine, she sent it to me via a secure email. SHE IS WONDERFUL!

Worse company please stay away such a fraud system they have with takepayments we cannot get rid of the problems they have caused us!!! Beware of the con artists
