EKONReviews of ekontravel.com

Upon receiving my jacket and pants I found the jacket too small to wear even though I had ordered larger for size differences (I used Elon’s sizing guide). After wearing the pair of pants I received I found them to be very tight in the legs and very loose in the waistband. I filed a REQUEST and received a response back in 3 days offering an address for me to send items back to and me PAY FOR or to keep from having the hassle of returning anything to China and very high expenses (prohibited costs) they offered a $40 gift card toward another jacket and pair of pants. (Neither of which fit according to sizing guide) so I’m to take a chance that new items would fit and be out another $300+. READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING and Do NOT FALL for all the social media hype they bought.

Not only is the buckle not functioning on one side when I received it, The EKON Backpack is falling apart AND it has not been a full year!! POOR QUALITY & POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These are the most comfortable riding pants I've owned. Level 2 impact rating but I don't think they'll slide too far along asphalt. I still love em. They're lightweight for hot weather and still feel like protection. Ekon has impressed me with their customer service. It has been prompt, personal, and quick to resolve concerns or answer questions. All in all, an excellent experience.

The company website is deceptive. The armor lack proper certification labels. The fabric is misrepresented, and some sort of fake knock off. The product ships from China and takes approximately three weeks to get to the united states. After multiple requests, they finally cancelled my order. Unfortunately they never issued a credit for the merchandise. I had to seek recourse with the credit card company to get my money back. This company is a total ripoff.

I’d give zero stars if possible. It’s been almost 2 MONTHS since they processed my order and took my money- still no merchandise even after 3 emails sent asking about my order! BUYERS BEWARE- BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I order the riding pants after seeing ads on Facebook. After almost four weeks I have not received the product. Two emails to the company. Pat boilerplate email answers. Tracking for the order was useless at best. They present as American made but I found that my order was in customs which means the product is NOT made in the U.S. but imported. Probably from China. I has after ordering read reviews on the product. Most say that they experienced the same delivery delay as I have, that the product was cheap and pretty much useless. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. My bad. I would highly recommend NOT ordering anything from this company. I have still not received my order as of this date.

This company is nothing but a scam. The pants they ship you are cheap Chinese garbage. The so-called free belt included is useless if you have a waist size of 38 or larger. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks telling them if they can't send me a belt that fits, I wanted to return the entire order. They strung me along until the 30 days return cutoff and then decided to tell me the belts are all one size. I guess everyone on the planet has the same waist size. Well, maybe in China they do. I decided to try these pants because a belt was included. BIKERS BEWARE, stay away from this company. The pants fit terrible and the hip pads don't offer any protection for the hips. Pants are extremely uncomfortable as well. Garbage, garbage, garbage. Customer service will do nothing but give you a line of BS.

I purchased a great deal on Ekon road armor riding pants. Two pairs with two free belts. High rated CE armor, lots of pockets, and really comfortable. I love them! Stuart Lee Amarillo, Tx.
