I been wearing the Ekon riding pants for the last few months. They are good quality, fit perfect and have a lot of pockets which are well placed and useful. They are as comfortable as a pair of jeans on hotter days.

Thank you Michael! Glad they've held up well over a few months of riding. The pocket placement is something we put a lot of thought into, so it's great to hear that's working for you. Ride safe!

These pants surprised me
I had reservations when I read that these pants were made of polyester. I am 70 years old and I’ve spent my life avoiding polyester, but they’re armored and there was a sale, and I took a chance. They were delivered in just a few days, but stayed in a drawer until the summer heat wave broke and we had a couple of cooler days to ride. And wow, these pants are comfortable, and when it rained hard in the middle of a 300-mile ride they did shed a fair amount of that rain, although they aren’t exactly rain gear. They dried quickly when the rain stopped, and I was sold. And comfortable. I may be old and a little fragile, but I try to make up for that with protective gear. I like Ekon’s people and their product, and I’ll be back.

Thank you Jeff! Love this review. A 300 mile ride through a rainstorm is a real world test and we're glad the pants passed it. Appreciate you giving polyester a second chance after 70 years. We'll be here when you're ready for that next pair. Ride safe!

This is my Second Review .!
If I could give Zero Stars I would.
Read my Review here on “TRUSTPILOT” below and the Reply from OLIVIA at Customer Service EKON. Olivia said they would get back to me the e-mail I received said within 3 days and EKON would exchange as advertised these FREE SIZE EXCHANGE, ZERO RISK Poor Quality, Non Tagged, Certified Safety Riding Pants.
⛔️ FALSE ⛔️
All I Want Now is my Money Back.!
What an Ordeal dealing with a Made in China Product.
If I had known I would have bought a Name Brand Riding Pant with Certification Tags so I actually know i’m going to be safe. Riding Safely is the reason I purchased these Riding Pants.

BUYERS BEWARE..!
BUYERS BEWARE ..!
I bought these riding pants because of their return policy that states they will make if right. FREE size exchange ZERO RISK.
Well the cost of shipping back to China is more than the $180 cost of the pants.
I used their sizing chart and the pants I received fall off me they are sizes to big.
They will not exchange then.
ZERO RISK RIP OFF.
Now I'm stuck with Chinese Junk and out $180.

Hi Dennis, we're sorry the sizing was off and for the frustration with the exchange process. We're sending you a Request for Information through Trustpilot now so I can arrange an exchange for you directly.

Dennis, I sincerely apologize that we didn't follow through within the timeframe we committed to. That's on us and I understand your frustration.
Good news: we now have a US warehouse, so you can return domestically with no international shipping costs. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to arrange your exchange or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Shop at your own risk! I need to report some additional information about my recent experience with EKON. I got a response from my review and someone is supposed to be contacting me to arrange return to their new stateside warehouse.
I read one of their lengthy heartfelt stories about a retired firefighter/older motorcycle rider who had just buried his best friend. I’m actually older than the guy in the story, and a 60 year rider. I didn’t fall for the numbers of deaths caused by inadequate pants, but it reminded me that I do lack some safety items, so I ordered a pair of these armored pants. I ordered a size larger than their sizing chart to be sure they fit, as per the website.
I’m six foot 230 pounds, not unusual for a biker my age, but obviously not the same size as a XXL guy in China! The pants were too tight everywhere. I could button and zip, but not breathe. Sitting down hurt!
Not a problem said I, because the website promised no hassle returns. That’s where I found out that I would have to return them to an address in China! At my own expense.
Customer service was very responsive, and offered me a 30% refund instead of me exporting the product to China. The refund never came, I’m on a diet now, but I’m still writing the $137.00 off as tuition for continuing education.

Richard, thank you for your honest feedback and I'm sorry about the sizing frustration. We understand how disappointing it is when the fit doesn't work out, especially after following the sizing chart.
I want to make this right. We now have a US warehouse, so you no longer need to ship anything internationally for returns or exchanges. A member of our team will reach out to you through Trustpilot's Request for Information to arrange either a proper exchange for the right size or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
You shouldn't have to write this off as tuition. We'll take care of it.

STAY AWAY FROM EKON (aka EKON TRAVEL)!
If I could give them a negative star I would. First I ordered some Kemi Moto gloves they had on their site on a great sale. Not even a week later I ordered 2 pairs of their motorcycle pants. When the gloves showed up they were a completely different glove than what they advertised. When I contacted them, they denied what I was saying and stuck to their lie that the items were the exact thing, when clearly they were not. I have pictures of what came in, and a screenshot of their advertisement and they were not the same. So I turned around and cancelled the order for the pants and they ignored me for 2 weeks. When I finally threatened them to report them to the Texas Attorney General's Fraud Office, they responded that it was too late...the order had shipped. I immediately called my credit card and told them I had been a victim of fraud and they took care of it. They took the proof that I had and spoke to Ekon's bank and had the bank refund the amount instead of dealing with the crooked company. I wish I would have known about Trustpilot before purchasing as these reviews seem to all be the same. I greatly suggest that if you don't know the company and they are not part of eBay or Amazon, find out where the company is headquartered, and if it's China, do not purchase. If you don't see a Customer Service number (not just an email), do not purchase. BTW, I contacted Kemi Moto and they have no business partnership with Ekon Travel, and when they saw that they were falsely advertising Kemi Moto products, they stated they were getting their lawyers involved.
Also, has everyone noticed that 'Ashley' replies to all the emails? How about the responses to the reviews, it's always 'Olivia'. It's either AI replying or they are so afraid of their customers for their fraudulent actions that they don't give their real names.
Response from EKONAug 18, 2026
Hi Lupe, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Regarding the Kemi Moto products, you're right and we take full responsibility for that. It was a mistake on our end and those products have since been removed from our store. We apologize for the confusion that caused.
To clarify, Olivia and Ashley are real members of our team. We do use AI tools to help edit and format our responses, which is common practice, but every reply is reviewed and sent by a real person.
We're sorry for the frustration with the cancellation request as well. We're sending you a Request for Information through Trustpilot now so I can review everything and make sure this is fully resolved.

Very comfortable and light weight
I had questions about size and exchanging if size was wrong. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Ordered the pants according to the size chart. They arrived quickly and fit nicely. Bought the 2 pair deal, one for my fiancé and he loves them, says they're the best pants he has. I wore mine on a ride and they are very comfortable. Might order a second pair for me.
Response from EKONAug 18, 2026
Hi Sawsan, glad they worked out for both of you! Enjoy the rides together.

Been driving my harley with those new roadarmor pants. Very surprised and happy about my purchase. Feels refreshing to find good quality pants for this cheap price. Big companies should stop screwing over their customers selling crap a higher prices. Ekon's customer service was on point.
Response from EKONAug 17, 2026
Hi Stefan, thank you so much for the kind words. Glad to hear the RoadArmor pants are holding up on your Harley. Ride safe out there!

Total waste of money for Zero protection
Total waste of money, time, and no more protection for a motorcycle rider than a pair of polyester pants from the 1960's. Total scam IMO. Spokesperson lays on all the right words to make you think you're buying something that actually does what they say it will do.
My order took 3+ weeks to arrive. The quality is very cheap, and no garment tags with anything other than 100% polyester. No kevlar / aramid fibers mentioned or even present. The 'CE' armor is a fake, and not really CE rated. No documentation with the safety info as you would get with AlpineStars or Rippl gear. Seeing all the other customers complain about the return process, I joined the folks that just write it off and avoid the frustration. I wouldn't recommend doing business with EKON for any of their 'armor wear' products, including the denim jeans and fake CE armor. Save your money and buy something where the manufacturer is willing to put all the safety of their product in writing, and make it visible on the product itself.
Response from EKONAug 17, 2026
Hi, we're sorry you feel this way about your purchase. We want to address a few points directly.
Our CE Level 2 armor is independently tested and certified to EN 1621-1:2012 by QCT Technology Testing Co., Ltd. This certification is not something we claim ourselves, it is verified by a third party testing laboratory. Documentation is available on our website and we're happy to send it to you directly.
We understand the return process has been a concern for some customers and we're actively working to improve that experience. We're sending you a Request for Information through Trustpilot. Once completed, I'll personally look into your order and make sure we find a resolution.
