I had an exceptional experience with Ehomeinc (Lightshare), particularly my correspondence with Lily. Her timely, effective and polite communication skills in helping me sort out my issue was incredible. She’s certainly an asset to any company that is fortunate to have her. I highly recommend this company!

We had a Lightshare cherry blossom tree for a number of years, at least five or six. We left it behind when we moved so we replaced it with the same tree. However, the dimmer attachment we had didn't fit the new tree. I ordered a new dimmer adapter from E Home and I am happy to say it fits the new tree and works well. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment of our new tree.

Product did NOT light up!

Customer service was excellent and offered a solution so that I could dim the brightness on the cherry blossom tree that I purchased. They sent a dimmable LED driver with a remote for a minimal fee. It works wonderfully and thankful for the prompt and excellent service!
