I inadvertently put the wrong shipping address on my order. When I realized it I contacted the company and they said they would change it. The message didn't get to the shipping department before it was shipped. When I informed them, they apologized and sent me a prepaid Fedex shipping label. It was then shipped the the correct address.

Customer service was very helpful once I finally heard back. But it took a few days to get a response. However, once I did hear back I was very pleased with my experience.

Easy to order, recipient loved it. My only complaint is I was not notified when it shipped, so I didn't warn the recipient. She was not home when it arrived so it was delivered to the office, but the office did not tell her it was there. Long story short, it sat for a couple of days because no one knew it was there! I haven't seen the lamp yet so I can't really comment on how it looks or works but my friend says it's adorable.
