I ordered 2 outdoor green lighted willow trees & was utterly surprised how quickly they arrived & in perfect condition. This was my first time ordering. Great Job!

Easy order, Quick Delivery, Item was perfect

It was shipped in a timely manner and the trees are beautiful out by our pool!

I inadvertently put the wrong shipping address on my order. When I realized it I contacted the company and they said they would change it. The message didn't get to the shipping department before it was shipped. When I informed them, they apologized and sent me a prepaid Fedex shipping label. It was then shipped the the correct address.

I ordered 5 starburst lights and they are of high quality. They are exactly as I had hoped and levels above a similar product I purchased from a different company.

Customer service was very helpful once I finally heard back. But it took a few days to get a response. However, once I did hear back I was very pleased with my experience.
