great product, the website is easy to work with.

Very quick chat responses and emails. Great service. I ordered the wrong item before it shipped I realized my mistake and was able to cancel it and reorder and my new order already shipped! Super fast turnaround.

Awesome heaters. just ordered two more for bedrooms. Got 2 for my basement in 2014 and they work great.

GREAT COMPANY

I bought the plug-in type a few months ago to use in our mountain home. I have loved them so much that I’m swapping out outdated heaters with the hardwire style eheaters in all of the bathrooms. Love the safety of these units with small children...I have a two year old grandson that has to touch everything...no problem. Warm enough to give him the hint to remove his fingers but not hot enough to hurt him. Perfect! And these units heat small rooms with a nice non drying out effect heat. I haven’t used them in large rooms...so not sure how efficient they would be, but I imagine if you are paying attention to square footage and how many would be needed...all would be well.

just ordered, very simple, great product description and information

Really great heater! And for the price you can't go wrong. Just purchased another one for my workshop.
