Unsatisfied costumer
Back in May, 2020 I purchased a few 110V plug-in and two 220V hardwired wall mounted eHeat heaters with built-in thermostats from eHeat website. At first they seemed a great alternative to baseboard heaters. Now it's been 6 yrs and one 220V hardwired heater just stopped working which is unacceptable for the price these units are sold for. The warranty is only 3 yrs so this was if I may say a waste of money plus I had to return two unit within the original 3 years warranty for a replacement because of a defect. So just to tell people that are interested in buying these pretty heaters, think twice as I wouldn't recommend them. Yes, the plug-in type are practical and for some reason are more reliable than the hardwired type. So if you can install a hardwired type I would stick to the old baseboard type which will last as long as your house stands.
